General Laborer | Part-time seasonal

USAIR Motorsports Raceway in Shawano, WI is searching for General Laborers for our 2026 season, April 1 to October 31.

USAIR Motorsports Raceway is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to assist with general labor tasks around the facility. This role supports day-to-day operations and event weekends by helping maintain the track, grounds, and overall experience for drivers and spectators.

Responsibilities:

  • Mowing and maintaining grounds

  • Filling dirt drops and assisting with track upkeep

  • General cleaning of buildings, paddock areas, and restrooms

  • Assisting with event setup and teardown

  • Checking wristbands and monitoring entry points

  • Supporting registration/check-in as needed

  • Assisting with parking and directing traffic during events

  • Completing miscellaneous tasks as assigned
